Mustard Top

My friend Jessica and I live far away from each-other-- but working on the same projects keeps us close as neighbors!  We were both so excited to try our hand at this "easy and versatile shirt".  We called this shirt the "Mustard Top" because the shirt in the tutorial is a beautiful mustard color!

Jessica texted me a picture of her finished top and it was GORGEOUS!  My husband said, "Wow, Jessica is a professional crafter"-- I just about hit him!   Just the day before, John was complimenting me on my "semi-professional crafting skills."  Hopefully my crafting status will be bumped up to professional after he sees my top!  :)

Mister G had been at my in-laws while John was recovering from his surgery-- but he came home just in time to hem up the bottom of the shirt!

Be careful of the pins, Mister G!

Here is the link for the tutorial I used to make this top.  The gal who created the tutorial, Rachael, writes an amazing blog and also sells beautiful, hand knit and crocheted hats and other handmade items in her Etsy shop.

Here are some silly Mister G bloopers!
