When Stephanie came to Lela New York for her luxury wedding invitations she was looking for something luxurious to match her venue, The Fisher Island Club in Miami and wanted her guests to be wowed!

Lela created silver silk covered trifold invitations to match her silver wedding details and venue inspiration. We added our classic lace that we are known for and added a custom crystal brooch for an added luxe touch!

She loved it!

Luxury Wedding Invitations in Purple Silk w/ Lace & crystal details by New York wedding invitation designer Lela New York

This is one of my favorite luxury wedding invitations that we, at Lela New York have created! I know, I say that a lot, but this wedding invitation really is beautiful!

This invitation was created for a destination wedding in Capri, Italy and was inspired by the brides wedding lace wedding gown and purple and lavender details. The silk invitation is a gatefold style and opens in the middle revealing the ultra thick letterpress and foil stamped invitation. The two pockets on each side of the gatefold/book style invite holds the bride's rsvp and reception cards. The inside of this luxury invite is also layered with a pretty lace that gives it such a elegant look and reflects the bride's style and wedding. The custom invitation design and graphics were inspired by their exquisite location and was hand drawn and later letterpressed. And the invitation was finished of with a silver satin ribbon and custom crystal closure.
I just love it!

Lela New York designed these Luxury wedding invitations with turquoise silk and a crystal starfish brooch. We then letterpressed her invitations and layered them with a beautiful woven paper backing.

Purple & Pink Luxury Wedding Invitations Photo Shoot by New York invitations designer Lela New York

These wedding invitations are one of my favorites! I know, I say that a lot but, these are so unique and personal to the couple. Lela New York designed the couples wedding invitations using a vellum overlay to tell their engagement story. The couple took a small plane ride to a small island off the coast of Cali and got engaged! Super romantic! Plus the couple have been best friends for the longest before he popped the question. The invitations were placed inside a custom purple silk invitation folio that was embroidered with their custom monogram using silver thread. The custom letterpress invitations were later boxed inside these pretty silver boxes and wrapped in silver tissue paper. The purple and pink invitations were a big hit, and the monogram and graphics are being used through out the wedding. Enjoy these beautiful picts!

These silk invitations are the follow up to the Tiffany blue inspiration board from last week.
These new york wedding invitations are designed using the couple's "Love" theme and printed in an opalescent shimmery paper in blues and black. They are held together in our beautiful silk invitations envelope decorated with an Austrian crystal button.

Unique Custom Wedding Invitations - Inspiration Board

Hello!

I wanted to share this beautiful real inspiration board that Lela New York used to design luxury couture silk wedding invitations. These custom wedding invitations were designed around the "Love" theme since the wonderful couple got engaged there. Lela New York designed their unique custom wedding invitations using their wonderful Tiffany Blue colors with a classic black.

A big trend in Couture wedding invitations is BLACK & WHITE!
I love this classic theme made modern. At Lela New York we add a little something extra to this classic. Here is an example of one of our latest in Black & White invitations. Lela New York used silk invitation holders along with our silk invitation pouches to hold everything together.
We added a little extra sparkle with a crystal and beaded embellishment.
The couture wedding invitation was then boxed and sent out to their guests.

Pretty Silk box invitations with Butterflies!

I love when Lela New York gets to design silk box invitations for our clients wedding invitations. Donna chose to use butterflies as beautiful motifs for her wedding! Not only are they beautiful but they are rich in symbolism as well. They represent change and coming into a new stage in life, perfect for a wedding. They are also used to represent a loved one who has passed and the symbol is used to represent their presence and love. One of my favorite wedding invitations using this butterfly motif is Donna and Kerry's couture wedding invitations. Donna wanted luxury, modern, and more importantly custom invitations that reflect her, her culture and her father, who was represented with butterflies.
They also were celebrating there big day on a national big day, Independence day! Lela New York used deep reds and gold to represent her culture and graphics that represent fireworks and celebration along with a 3d Butterfly accessory that was placed inside a Silk box invitation.

Wedding Salon Pictures

Lela New York was invited to participate in the Wedding Salon, a luxury wedding show in New York City.
We provided Menu designs for the beautiful centerpieces as well as showcased our couture invitations, our silk box invitations, and our stationery.




Special thanks to the Wedding Salon especially Nicole Rubert. Also, thanks to my sweet heart Joseph Liso and many thanks to Lauren who also helped out in making Lela New York a big hit!

Some of my favorite silk box invitations!

For Brianna and Kevin's silk box wedding invitations Lela New York used a nautical theme. Using navy details like Italian papers and ribbons and sand colored details using woven papers. Brianna chose a cream colored silk and our square shaped box.

I also included starfish in the inside of the box.

Wendy and Sean were having a Newport wedding. Wendy chose the silver silk box invitation to go with her silver and aqua themed wedding. Lela New York tied it up in a silver silk thread with a Swarovski crystal closure.

She chose our booklet wedding invitation with custom drawn chandelier artwork! She also chose a special tissue paper that had actual gold and silver foil for a bit of sparkle. We also added Swarovski crystals for that added bling!

I used a shimmer translucent paper for end papers. And 100% cotton paper for the inside. Lela New York chose aqua and silver colors for the inside and outside of the booklet. The inside laid out all the information her guests needed for their weekend stay in Newport, R.I.
